Cashout & Redemption Policy

1. Definitions, Sponsor, and Scope

1.1 Sponsor

“Spinzy,” “Sponsor,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Kai Fai LLC, doing business as Spinzy, which operates spinzy.ai. “Player,” “participant,” “you,” and “your” mean the eligible individual who owns and uses the applicable Spinzy account.

1.2 Gold Coins

“Gold Coins” or “GC” are virtual entertainment credits used only for social and entertainment play. Gold Coins are not redeemable for cash, prizes, cash equivalents, or anything of monetary value and may not be transferred between players.

1.3 Sweep Coins

“Sweep Coins” or “SC” are promotional entries used to participate in eligible promotional games. Sweep Coins are not sold. Eligible Gold Coin packages may include SC at no additional cost, and eligible players may obtain SC without purchase through the Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”) described in the applicable Official Rules. SC are not legal tender, currency, a deposit, stored value, or a bank account balance. For prize-accounting purposes only, one eligible Redeemable SC may generally be used to request a prize valued at one U.S. dollar, unless applicable rules or clearly disclosed promotion terms provide otherwise.

1.4 Unplayed SC and Redeemable SC

“Unplayed SC” are SC not yet used in eligible gameplay and are not redeemable. “Redeemable SC” are SC won through eligible gameplay that have satisfied all applicable play, verification, source-tracking, Standard Game, Platform Game, and other requirements.

1.5 Qualifying Gold Coin Package and Package SC Amount

A “Qualifying Gold Coin Package” is an eligible purchase of Gold Coins that includes a stated amount of promotional SC at no additional cost. The “Package SC Amount” is the stated SC amount and is used to calculate the Standard Game 3× threshold and, when loaded into a Platform Game, the Platform Game 4× minimum and 10× maximum. Discounts, coupons, or promotional prices do not reduce the Package SC Amount used in these calculations.

1.6 Promotional Bonus SC, AMOE SC, Promotional Free-Play Credits, and Promotional Award Amount

“Promotional Bonus SC” means SC provided through daily rewards, referral awards, free spins, bonus wheels, missions, standalone free-play offers, customer-service goodwill credits, or similar mechanics. It excludes AMOE SC and SC included with a Qualifying Gold Coin Package.

“AMOE SC” means SC issued through the free AMOE described in the Official Rules. AMOE SC is governed by those rules and is not automatically subject to a separate Promotional Bonus SC limit unless clearly disclosed before entry and permitted by law.

“Promotional Free-Play Credits” means separately tracked promotional gameplay credits available only within a designated Promotional Free-Play session. The resulting “Promotional Free-Play Credit Balance” is used solely to determine whether the player qualifies for the 15 Promotional Bonus SC wallet award under Section 2.3. Promotional Free-Play Credits are not Sweep Coins, Redeemable SC, legal tender, cash, a cash balance, a deposit, stored value, a prize, or a transferable wallet balance. For clarity, 100 Promotional Free-Play Credits do not equal 100 SC or a prize valued at $100.

“Promotional Award Amount” means the fixed 15 Promotional Bonus SC credited after a player satisfies Section 2.3. It is used to calculate the associated 3× Standard Game requirement or the 4× minimum and 10× maximum for a Platform Game. It is not Package SC, a purchase, cash, or a deposit.

1.7 Platform Game, Platform Game Cashout, and Prize Redemption

A “Platform Game” is a third-party, externally hosted, provider-hosted, or separate-wallet game identified by Spinzy as a Platform Game. A “Platform Game Cashout” transfers an eligible Platform Game balance to the player’s Spinzy wallet. A “Prize Redemption” requests an external prize or payment from that wallet. These are separate transactions.

1.8 Business Day and Central Time

“Business Day” means Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Unless stated otherwise, deadlines and effective times are measured in Central Time (“CT”).

2. Cashout and Prize Redemption

2.1 Identity, KYC, Address, and Account Ownership

Before approval, the player must complete all required identity, age, KYC, address, sanctions, fraud-prevention, tax, and account-ownership checks. Redemption is permitted only to an account or cryptocurrency wallet personally owned or lawfully controlled by the player. Third-party or unverifiable shared payout accounts are prohibited.

2.2 General Minimum Prize Redemption

Except where a higher minimum applies, the minimum Prize Redemption request from the Spinzy wallet is 50 Redeemable SC. A higher Standard Game threshold, Platform Game requirement, payment-provider minimum, promotion-specific minimum, or jurisdictional limit controls where applicable.

2.3 Promotional Free-Play Qualification and 15 SC Wallet Award

A Promotional Free-Play Credit Balance is not directly redeemable and cannot be transferred to the player’s main Spinzy wallet. Unless promotion-specific Official Rules clearly disclose a different qualifying balance or award before participation, a player must reach 100 Promotional Free-Play Credits during the applicable session to qualify for a fixed 15 Promotional Bonus SC wallet award. A player qualifies at the moment Spinzy’s authoritative transaction record first shows that the Promotional Free-Play Credit Balance has reached 100. At that time, the session ends, exactly 15 Promotional Bonus SC is credited to the player’s main Spinzy wallet, and the remaining Promotional Free-Play Credit Balance is removed. A provider-processing delay or display delay does not increase the award.

·    Once the Promotional Free-Play Credit Balance reaches 100, exactly 15 Promotional Bonus SC is credited to the player’s main Spinzy wallet.

·    Promotional Free-Play Credits are not transferred, paid, redeemed, or converted into SC except for the fixed 15 SC award expressly described in this Section.

·    Any displayed or recorded Promotional Free-Play Credit amount above 100 does not increase the award and has no prize, redemption, wallet, or transferable value.

·    After qualification, the Promotional Free-Play session is completed and the remaining Promotional Free-Play Credit Balance is removed.

·    The credited 15 SC is the tracked Promotional Award Amount for all later 3×, 4×, and 10× calculations.

·    The earlier 100 Promotional Free-Play Credits, including any displayed or recorded excess above 100, do not count toward those calculations.

If used in Standard Games, the associated balance must reach at least 45 Redeemable SC to satisfy the 3× requirement. Because Section 2.2 separately requires a minimum request of 50 Redeemable SC, the player must have at least 50 Redeemable SC before submitting a Prize Redemption request.

If the 15 SC Promotional Award Amount is loaded into a Platform Game, the minimum Platform Game Cashout is 60 SC and the maximum is 150 SC. Any balance above 150 SC from that cycle is not eligible for wallet credit or Prize Redemption and will be removed.

If the Promotional Free-Play Credit Balance does not reach 100 before the session expires, is exhausted, or otherwise ends, no wallet award is credited. Reaching 100 Promotional Free-Play Credits earns only the fixed 15 Promotional Bonus SC wallet award; it does not create a 100 SC prize. This Section does not apply to AMOE SC or winnings derived from AMOE SC unless applicable Official Rules expressly and lawfully provide otherwise before entry.

2.3A Later Purchases and Mixed-Source Balances

The 15 SC award remains promotional in source and is not converted into Package SC by a later purchase. A later purchase does not convert, reclassify, unlock, or otherwise change Promotional Bonus SC, AMOE SC, or winnings previously derived from those sources. Spinzy applies requirements separately using consistent, documented source tracking. Purchasing a package alone does not unlock redemption or cause prior promotional winnings to be forfeited. If sources cannot be reliably separated, Spinzy may conduct manual review; any adjustment must be supported by disclosed terms, records, Official Rules, this Policy, and applicable law.

2.4 How SC Become Eligible

Unplayed SC must be used in at least one eligible promotional game before becoming Redeemable SC. Playing once does not alone guarantee eligibility. All applicable Standard Game or Platform Game requirements, the minimum request amount, verification requirements, and the remainder of this Policy must also be satisfied.

2.5 Standard and VIP Per-Request Limits

These limits apply to Prize Redemptions from the Spinzy wallet, not otherwise eligible transfers from a Platform Game to that wallet. Higher limits are not guaranteed and require documented compliance, risk, payment, and gameplay review.

2.6 Florida Platform Prize Limit

For players physically located in Florida, Spinzy voluntarily limits the prize value attributable to any single game outcome or prize event to 5,000 SC. Any excess may be removed. This is a Spinzy platform rule and not a statement that Florida law creates a universal $5,000 prize maximum. Other Florida requirements may apply.

2.7 Fees and Excess Amounts

Amounts above a disclosed Platform Game maximum, Florida platform limit, jurisdictional limit, payment-provider limit, or other prize limit may be reduced or voided as stated in this Policy or applicable Official Rules. New forfeiture rules will not be imposed retroactively on completed play cycles unless required by law. Known fees reducing a prize will be disclosed before confirmation where reasonably practicable.

2.8 How to Request a Prize Redemption

1.     Log in to the verified Spinzy account.

2.     Open Redeem and select an available payout method.

3.     Enter an eligible amount and requested payment details.

4.     Complete requested identity, address, ownership, tax, or source-of-funds verification.

5.     Review displayed limits, fees, and payout details, then submit. Submission is not approval.

2.9 Review and Payment Timing

Spinzy aims to complete initial review of a fully documented request within eight hours. Review may take up to one Business Day or longer for additional verification, manual review, provider coordination, investigation, reconciliation, or unusually high volume. Approved bank or card payouts may require an additional one to three Business Days. Cryptocurrency timing depends on the selected network. All timing is estimated, not guaranteed.

2.10 Reasons a Request May Be Delayed, Adjusted, or Denied

·    Required identity, age, address, tax, sanctions, ownership, or KYC verification cannot be completed.

·    The payout account is not owned or controlled by the player.

·    The request contains GC, Unplayed SC, non-redeemable SC, or SC that has not satisfied applicable requirements.

·    Documents are missing, altered, expired, inconsistent, or unauthenticated.

·    Activity indicates duplicate accounts, self-referral, collusion, fraud, account takeover, chargebacks, or prohibited conduct.

·    The player is in or participated from a restricted jurisdiction.

·    The request exceeds an applicable limit.

·    Value resulted from a technical error, exploit, automation, provider error, manipulation, or rule violation.

·    A related transaction is reversed, refunded, charged back, disputed, or suspected to be unauthorized.

2.11 Finality, Errors, and Irreversible Payments

A prize is awarded only after approval, completion of verification, and successful issuance. Before issuance, Spinzy may correct or cancel a request to address an error, limit, rejection, compliance issue, or player-approved change. Issued payments generally cannot be reversed. Players are responsible for accurate payout information.

2.12 Taxes and Information Reporting

Players are responsible for applicable taxes. Spinzy may require tax documentation and may report, withhold, or remit amounts when required. Failure to provide required information may delay or prevent payment.

3. Eligibility and Verification

3.1 Eligible Players and Jurisdictions

Sweep Coin promotional games are available only to individuals at least 18 years old who are legal residents of the United States, are physically located in an eligible jurisdiction while participating, and satisfy the Official Rules and Terms. Participation and redemption are unavailable where prohibited or restricted. The current Official Rules control the restricted-jurisdiction list.

3.2 No Purchase Necessary and AMOE

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Eligible players may obtain SC without purchase through the AMOE in the Official Rules. SC are not sold. A Gold Coin purchase may include promotional SC at no additional cost. Purchasing does not change the mathematical odds of an individual promotional game outcome. Void where prohibited.

3.3 Account and Email Ownership

Each player may use only one account in the player’s legal name and must control the associated email and credentials. Spinzy may rely on verified identity, payment, device, account, and email records in ownership disputes.

3.4 KYC, Sanctions, and Additional Verification

Spinzy or its providers may verify legal name, date of birth, address, identification, taxpayer information where required, device and location data, payment ownership, source of funds, sanctions status, and other information reasonably necessary to establish eligibility and ownership. Support may be contacted at support@spinzy.ai.

3.5 Ineligible Persons

Employees, officers, directors, material contractors, game providers, promotion agencies, and their immediate family or household members are ineligible unless applicable Official Rules expressly provide otherwise.

3.6 Grounds for Disqualification or Account Restriction

·    Misrepresenting identity, age, residence, location, eligibility, or ownership.

·    Multiple accounts, another person’s account, or account sharing.

·    Using a VPN, proxy, remote desktop, location spoofing, emulator, or similar method to bypass restrictions.

·    Manipulating games, exploiting errors, using unauthorized automation, or attempting unauthorized access.

·    Self-referral, coordinated play, collusion, money movement, chargeback abuse, or bonus abuse.

·    Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days or another reasonable stated period.

·    Threatening, harassing, impersonating, or fraudulently contacting others in connection with the account.

3.7 Purchases and Refunds

Gold Coin purchases are generally final after delivery except as required by law or allowed by the Refund Policy. A refund, reversal, or chargeback may result in removal of associated GC and SC, reversal of related winnings, a redemption hold, or account restriction to the extent permitted.

3.8 Internal Review

A player may contact support@spinzy.ai within 30 days after a decision to request internal review and provide relevant records. The resulting internal determination is final under Spinzy’s process, subject to applicable law and dispute-resolution rights.

4. Promotional Free Plays

4.1 Issuance

Spinzy may issue Free Plays as standalone promotions or through tournaments, missions, prize drops, bonus wheels, customer-service adjustments, or similar promotional mechanics.

4.2 Game and Play-Level Designation

Spinzy may designate the game, number of plays, play level, expiration, qualification conditions, and maximum winnings. Material terms will be displayed or linked before acceptance or use.

4.3 Promotional Free-Play Qualification and Award Limit

Unless promotion-specific Official Rules clearly disclose different terms before participation, the player must reach a Promotional Free-Play Credit Balance of 100 to receive the fixed 15 Promotional Bonus SC wallet award. A Promotional Free-Play Credit Balance above 100 does not increase the award. Promotional Free-Play Credits are not SC and are not directly redeemable. Spinzy will not increase the qualifying requirement or reduce the fixed award after participation begins, except to correct a manifest error, address documented prohibited conduct, or comply with applicable law.

4.4 Non-Transfer and Misuse

Free Plays are personal, non-transferable, and may not be sold, traded, pooled, or used through another person’s account. Misuse may result in forfeiture of affected Free Plays and winnings and account restriction or closure.

4.5 Required Pre-Play Disclosure

Before a Promotional Free-Play session begins, Spinzy will clearly and conspicuously display or make immediately available: the 100 Promotional Free-Play Credit qualification requirement; the fixed 15 Promotional Bonus SC wallet award; the fact that Promotional Free-Play Credits are not SC and are not directly redeemable; the treatment of amounts below and above 100; expiration and ending conditions; the exact qualification event; and the later 3× Standard Game or 4×/10× Platform Game requirements. The player may be required to affirmatively accept those terms before beginning.

5. Betting Limits and Account Compliance

5.1 Purchase-Based Wager Limits

A provider, promotion, jurisdiction, account-control setting, or risk rule may impose a lower maximum. The lowest applicable limit controls.

When a player uses the 15 SC Promotional Award Amount in Standard Games, the maximum single wager is 14 SC. A lower game, provider, promotion, account, responsible-play, or jurisdictional limit controls where applicable. Spinzy will display or make this maximum immediately available before eligible play begins.

5.2 Attempted or Accepted Over-Limit Wagers

Spinzy may block over-limit wagers. If accepted because of a system or provider issue, Spinzy may review the activity. An isolated attempt does not automatically cause forfeiture, but repeated or intentional circumvention may result in adjustment, suspension, or closure.

5.3 Temporary Account Restriction

A temporary restriction may prevent wagers, purchases, Platform Game loads, cashouts, or Prize Redemptions while an account is reviewed. Spinzy will restore access, adjust the account, or take further action based on documented findings.

6. Bonus and Promotional Abuse

6.1 Fair Gaming Policy

Spinzy monitors gameplay, accounts, devices, payments, referrals, and redemptions to protect fair play and promotional integrity. Legitimate winning play is permitted; this section addresses manipulation, collusion, exploitation, and conduct designed primarily to defeat disclosed conditions.

6.2 Monitored Activity

Spinzy may review unusual or coordinated patterns, repeated minimal-risk cycling, offsetting wagers, linked household or device activity, rapid value movement without genuine play, unauthorized automation, exploit-based play, or attempts to convert promotional value while avoiding intended risk. Selection of a particular game alone does not establish abuse; Spinzy considers the full pattern and evidence.

6.3 Compliance Actions

·    Pause or reject a pending cashout or redemption.

·    Remove promotional value or winnings directly attributable to a documented violation.

·    Reverse value associated with a refunded, charged-back, unauthorized, or fraudulent transaction.

·    Refund an original purchase where appropriate after removing associated value.

·    Temporarily restrict, suspend, or close the account and linked accounts.

Actions will be proportionate, based on documented evidence, and not based solely on a legitimate win.

7. Standard and Platform Game Redemption Requirements

7.1 Standard Game Three-Times Eligibility Threshold

For Standard Games, the player’s Redeemable SC balance must reach at least 3× the applicable Package SC Amount before redemption unlocks for the associated qualifying balance. This is a balance threshold, not an amount required in every request. The threshold is not reapplied to each request from the same qualified balance.

For the 15 SC Promotional Award Amount in Section 2.3, the associated tracked Standard Game balance must reach 45 Redeemable SC to satisfy the 3× balance threshold. This is a balance threshold, not a requirement to wager a cumulative total of 45 SC. If the associated balance is exhausted before reaching 45 Redeemable SC, that award produces no redeemable value. Satisfying the 45 SC threshold does not override the general minimum Prize Redemption request of 50 Redeemable SC.

7.2 Standard Game Examples

7.3 Platform Game Play Cycle

A Platform Game Play Cycle begins when eligible tracked SC is loaded into a specific Platform Game and continues until the balance is reduced to zero, fully returned, or otherwise closed and reconciled. Additional loads before closure are combined. Partial cashouts do not reset requirements. A new cycle begins only after full closure and a new load.

7.4 Applicable Platform Game Load Amount

The “Applicable Platform Game Load Amount” is the total eligible tracked amount loaded during the cycle, regardless of the associated Gold Coin package price or discount. For a Section 2.3 award, the Applicable Platform Game Load Amount is 15 SC.

7.5 Package SC, Promotional Awards, Other Promotional SC, and AMOE SC

All sources must be separately identified and tracked. When the 15 SC Promotional Award Amount is loaded into a Platform Game, it is used solely to calculate a 60 SC minimum cashout and 150 SC maximum cashout. It remains promotional and does not become Package SC, purchased SC, cash, stored value, or a deposit. The earlier Promotional Free-Play Credit Balance does not count. Other Promotional Bonus SC and AMOE SC remain governed by their applicable terms. Sources may not be mixed unless Spinzy can reliably track and apply the correct rules to each.

7.6 Pre-Load Disclosure and Acceptance

·    The exact Applicable Platform Game Load Amount.

·    The exact 4× minimum cashout amount.

·    The exact 10× maximum eligible return to the Spinzy wallet.

·    A clear statement that excess above the 10× maximum will not be credited or redeemed.

·    Any lower provider, Florida, jurisdictional, or promotion-specific limit.

Spinzy may require affirmative acknowledgment and retain the applicable policy version, player ID, amounts, date and time, device information, and acceptance record.

7.7 Four-Times Minimum Platform Game Cashout

The minimum eligible Platform Game Cashout is 4× the Applicable Platform Game Load Amount. A request below that minimum is declined. The player may continue eligible gameplay until the minimum is met. This replaces the Standard Game 3× requirement for that cycle.

7.8 Ten-Times Maximum Platform Game Cashout

The maximum total return from one Platform Game Play Cycle is 10× the Applicable Platform Game Load Amount, including the original load. The maximum applies across the entire cycle and is not reset by multiple requests, accounts, or transfers. Additional loads are combined into the cycle amount.

7.9 Excess Platform Game Balance

Any balance above the 10× maximum is not eligible for transfer, wallet credit, Prize Redemption, or other value and will be removed upon review or cycle closure. A lower applicable legal, provider, Florida, or promotion-specific maximum controls.

7.10 Platform Game Examples

15 SC Promotional Award Example

·    Promotional Free-Play Credit Balance below 100: no wallet award.

·    Promotional Free-Play Credit Balance reaches 100: exactly 15 Promotional Bonus SC is credited; Promotional Free-Play Credits are not transferred.

·    Platform Game balance below 60 SC: no cashout.

·    Platform Game balance from 60 SC through 150 SC: actual eligible balance may be returned.

·    Platform Game balance above 150 SC: no more than 150 SC returned; excess removed.

7.11 Other Controls and Effective Date

Effective Date: September 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time. All cashouts remain subject to verification, ownership, geographic eligibility, game and transaction review, abuse controls, fraud checks, provider reconciliation, and applicable terms. The revised Promotional Free-Play framework applies only to sessions accepted or initiated on or after the Effective Date and after the revised terms are properly displayed. A session initiated before the Effective Date remains governed by the terms disclosed when that session began. The 4× minimum, 10× maximum, and excess-balance provisions apply prospectively to qualifying Platform Game loads initiated on or after the applicable properly disclosed effective date.

8. Account Protection and Right to Refuse Service

8.1 Investigations and Temporary Holds

Spinzy may investigate suspected fraud, abuse, sanctions issues, payment disputes, duplicate accounts, location circumvention, manipulation, technical errors, unauthorized access, or conduct threatening the platform. Relevant account functions may be temporarily held during investigation.

8.2 Available Account Actions

Based on documented findings and subject to law, Spinzy may approve, adjust, or deny a request; remove affected promotional value or winnings; reverse value tied to chargebacks or unauthorized transactions; restrict payment methods; suspend or close accounts; block linked duplicate accounts; or refuse future service. Legitimate winners are not restricted solely because they won.

8.3 Non-Transferability

Accounts, GC, SC, Promotional Bonus SC, Free Plays, Platform Game balances, redemption rights, and prizes are personal and non-transferable. Attempted sale, assignment, pooling, transfer, or use of another person’s account may result in cancellation, forfeiture of affected value, and closure.

9. Player Agreement and Policy Changes

9.1 Acceptance

By using an account, participating in promotional games, accepting promotional value, loading a Platform Game, or requesting a cashout or redemption, the player acknowledges the version of this Policy properly disclosed for the applicable transaction or play cycle.

9.2 Prospective Changes and Notice

Spinzy may revise this Policy prospectively for legal, compliance, security, provider, operational, or promotional reasons. Material changes affecting eligibility, minimums, maximums, forfeiture, or payout will be posted with an updated effective date and disclosed before applying to a new transaction or cycle. They will not be applied retroactively to completed transactions or earlier cycles except as required by law or to address manifest error, fraud, or unauthorized activity.

9.3 Severability and No Waiver

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the fullest extent permitted. Delay or failure to enforce a provision once does not waive later enforcement.

10. Legal Notice and Contact Information

10.1 Website and Game Integrity

Attempts to damage the website, obtain unauthorized access, manipulate games, interfere with legitimate play, exploit technical errors, or compromise a promotion may violate civil or criminal law.

10.2 Remedies and Reporting

Spinzy may pursue available remedies and report suspected unlawful conduct to payment providers, game providers, law enforcement, regulators, or appropriate authorities. Governmental authorities decide whether to investigate or prosecute criminal conduct.

10.3 Applicable Law and Disputes

This Policy is subject to applicable federal, state, and local law. Governing law, arbitration, class-action waiver, and procedural rights are governed by the Terms and Conditions to the extent enforceable and consistent with mandatory law and promotion-specific Official Rules.
