Sweep Coin Policy

Rules governing promotional Sweep Coins, Promotional Play, and redemption eligibility

This Sweep Coin Policy supplements the Spinzy Terms and Conditions, Official Rules, and Cashout and Redemption Policy. If a conflict exists, the Official Rules control for the applicable promotion, and the Cashout and Redemption Policy controls Prize Redemption, Standard Game, Platform Game, source-tracking, and cashout requirements.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Sweep Coins are free promotional entries. They are not sold, legal tender, currency, deposits, stored value, a bank-account balance, or interest-bearing value. Eligible Gold Coin packages may include promotional SC at no additional cost.

1. Obtaining Sweep Coins

Authorized account-creation gifts, daily rewards, bonus wheels, missions, or promotional giveaways.

Promotional SC included at no additional cost with an eligible Gold Coin package.

Social-media, referral, loyalty, review, customer-service, or other promotions subject to disclosed terms.

Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) requests described in the applicable Official Rules.

2. Promotional Play

SC may be used only in eligible promotional games. Game rules, pay tables, technical requirements, source records, and Spinzy transaction records govern participation. SC and related rights are personal and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, traded, pooled, brokered, or used through another person’s account.

3. When SC Become Redeemable

Unplayed SC are not redeemable. SC become Redeemable SC only after eligible gameplay and satisfaction of all applicable source-tracking, Standard Game or Platform Game, verification, eligibility, account-ownership, fraud-review, geographic, and minimum-request requirements. A displayed balance does not guarantee approval.

4. Standard Game Requirement

For Standard Games, the associated Redeemable SC balance must reach at least three times the applicable Package SC Amount before Prize Redemption unlocks for that qualifying balance. The calculation uses the stated SC amount included with the Qualifying Gold Coin Package, not its purchase price. Discounts, coupons, and promotional prices do not reduce the Package SC Amount or threshold. The general minimum Prize Redemption request is 50 Redeemable SC unless a higher applicable requirement controls.

5. Promotional Free Play

Promotional Free-Play Credits are separately tracked session credits, not Sweep Coins, and are not directly redeemable, transferable, or convertible into a wallet balance. Unless promotion-specific Official Rules clearly disclose different terms before participation, a player whose Promotional Free-Play Credit Balance first reaches 100 qualifies for exactly 15 Promotional Bonus SC in the Spinzy wallet. The session then ends and any remaining Promotional Free-Play Credit Balance is removed. Amounts below 100 receive no award; amounts above 100 do not increase the fixed 15 SC award.

If the 15 SC Promotional Award Amount is used in Standard Games, its tracked balance must reach 45 Redeemable SC to satisfy the 3x threshold, and the player must still meet the 50 SC minimum Prize Redemption request. The maximum single Standard Game wager for this 15 SC award is 14 SC, subject to any lower applicable limit.

6. Platform Games

A Platform Game Play Cycle begins when eligible tracked SC are loaded into a designated Platform Game and ends only when its balance is reduced to zero, fully returned, or otherwise closed and reconciled. Additional loads before closure are combined, and partial cashouts do not reset requirements.

The minimum eligible Platform Game Cashout is four times the Applicable Platform Game Load Amount and the maximum total return for the cycle is ten times that amount, including the original load. A 15 SC Promotional Award Amount therefore has a minimum Platform Game Cashout of 60 SC and maximum eligible return of 150 SC. Excess above the applicable maximum is not eligible for wallet credit or Prize Redemption and may be removed. A lower provider, jurisdictional, promotion-specific, or Florida limit controls where applicable.

7. Verification and Review

Identity, age, address, ownership, phone, email, and location verification.

One-account, KYC, sanctions, fraud-prevention, payment, source-of-funds, and risk checks.

Verification that a payout destination is personally owned or lawfully controlled by the player.

Tax information where required and confirmation that SC were not obtained through prohibited conduct, error, or manipulation.

8. Prohibited Conduct and Account Actions

Prohibited conduct includes duplicate accounts, false identity information, account sharing, self-referral, automation, bots, collusion, manipulation, VPN or location circumvention, payment abuse, chargebacks, AMOE manipulation, and attempts to sell or transfer promotional value. Spinzy may correct or remove value directly attributable to documented error, fraud, chargeback, prohibited conduct, duplicate accounts, technical malfunction, or rule violations, and may restrict or close an affected account as permitted by applicable law and the governing policies.

9. Questions and Internal Review

For questions or an internal-review request, email support@spinzy.ai within 30 days after the decision and include the account email, relevant date, transaction or game identifier, and a concise description of the issue. Do not send passwords, full payment credentials, or unrequested sensitive documents by ordinary email.
